Philippine Azkals vs Singapore Live Stream Online (Dec. 8, 2012)

Azkals vs Singapore:  The Philippine national football team has proven that their semi-finals run last 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup was no sheer luck, but was just the beginning of the resurgence of football in the country dominated by basketball and boxing.

After getting a beating from Thailand (2-1) in their first game in the group stages match, The Philippine Azkals registered back-to-back wins and even maintaining a clean sheet against Vietnam (1-0) and Myanmar (2-0).  Getting a total of 6 points after the group stages gave the Azkals the ticket for the semi-finals showdown.

In the semi-finals in 2010, the Philippines lost the chance to play a home game due to the stadium that we have that did not pass the standards of international football.  But with this 2012 AFF Suzuki Cup semi-finals ticket, the game between the Azkals and Singapore Lions will be held at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.  The game is to be held on December 8, 2012, Saturday, at 6 PM.

Expected to flock the venue for this exciting match are thousands of football fans.

But the Azkals despite their great wins are not making themselves over-confident come game time. 

The Azkals in their last two FIFA friendly matches against Singapore rose triumphant, but Coach Hans Michael Weiss said that they should forget these wins and for sure, they will face a strong and determined Singapore football team come game time.  He added, that they should be ready and that the key for them is cohesion in the pitch.

Unfortunately, 3 key players are not yet sure if they could see action on December 8.  These are Guirado, Lucena, and Cagara.  The Azkals management said that they are continuing their negotiations to the mother clubs of these players in order for them to be permitted to see action on Saturday.

The live Azkals vs Singapore game is going to be aired live by AKTIV on IBC 13.  Game will start at 6 PM.  On the other hand, fans can watch the game live at the Rizal Memorial Stadium and give the home team the moral boost against the determined Lions.

Philippine Azkals vs. Indonesia Live Stream:  In a series of friendly matches, the Philippine National Football Team or the Philippine Azkals are going to face Indonesia on June 5, 2012.  

The Philippine Azkals vs Indonesia game will be played at the Rizal Memorial Stadium at 7 PM as our boys will try their best to defend their home from challengers..

 

 The game is part of the preparations of the Philippines in its quest to advance in the international football scene in the coming international events that it will be joining.  Last June 1, the Azkals also played a friendly match against Malaysia at Kuala Lumpur.

A year and half ago, the Azkals lost to Indonesia 1-0 at the Kuala Lumpur that sent our booters home.  This time, the Azkals are going to their best to get back at the Indonesians despite the game being a friendly match.

Game will be aired live by Studio 23 and will be aired on live stream and replay on IWanTV.

Philippine Azkals vs North Korea Live Stream

Philippine Azkals vs North Korea Live: The Philippine Azkals, days after taking draw against Malaysia in a friendly match held at the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium left the country for the 2012 AFC Challenged Cup.

The tournament is going to be held in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The Philippine National Football team came from a training camp in the Middle East with three games played against Mid-East teams as part of their preparation for this tournament. The last of which was the 1-1 draw against former Suzuki Cup champion Malaysia.

With high altitude and cold weather, the Azkals arrived in the host country days before the tournament to acclimatized and make some further trainings and preparations against tough squads in their group.

The game for the Philippine Azkals will start on on March 9 against powerhouse North Korea. The match is to be held at the Halchowk Stadium.

North Korea is a very tough team as it is a past winner of this tournament. It is also a qualifier in the 2010 World Cup.

But the Azkals promised not to give the North Koreans an easy game, nor will thy become pushovers.

Hans Michael Weiss, the coach of the Philippines, is very optimistic about his boys come the day of the game.

This 2012, the Philippine National Football Team or the Azkals are going to get their soccer shoes dirty and all busy as they start the year with a game against a Spanish football team.

The Philippine Azkals are going to face the Internacional de Madrid (CFIM) or CF Madrid on Saturday, January 7, at the Rizal Memorial Stadium. The game of the Azkals against the third-division Spanish football club is a friendly match and a benefit game for the victims of Typhoon Sendong that has claimed more than 1,000 lives and damaged more than P1 billion in properties in Mindanao.



Kickoff of the Azkals vs CF Madrid benefit game will start 4 PM, though a celebrity match will start before that at 2PM to entertain spectators.

This exhibition game is dubbed as "Dili Kamo Nag-iisa".

Reports said that Azkals player Simon Greatwich was the one who first asked the team of what could they do to help the victims of the typhoon.

Philippine Azkals vs CF Madrid Ticket: A big football game to start the year, and start the year right.

The Philippine National Football Team or more popularly known as the Azkals are going to collide against the third-division Spanish Football team CF Madrid. The Azkals vs CF Madrid game will be held on Saturday, January 7, at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

The game is a friendly match all for the benefit of raising funds for the victims of Typhoon Sendong.



Game will start at 4PM and the live match of Azkals vs CF Madrid will be aired on Studio 23.

Tickets for the soccer game are available through Ticketworld. Prices of the tickets are the following:

Php 100, Php 200, Php 400, and Php 500

Unlike the previous Azkals vs LA Galaxy game, tickets for this friendly match and benefit game are way cheaper. So organizers expect a lot of Filipinos are going to flock the Rizal Memorial Staduim to watch a great game of football to start the 2012 and at the same time help the victims of Typhoon Sendong in Mindanao.

Philippine Azkals vs LA Galaxy Tickets:  I am pretty sure that football fans are already excited with this upcoming friendly match between our very own Philippine Azkals and the LA Galaxy.

This exhibition game will happen on December 3, 2011, at the Rizal Memorial Stadium. 

David Beckham himself, expressed his excitement of coming to the country and play against our Azkals.  Together with him, is that we expect Landon Donovan Robbie Keanne to be also playing.

Will our hometown boys stand tall against the superstar line up of LA Galaxy?  Well, that we will see.

The game will be aired live on Studio 23, but fans can also watch the game live on the venue.

Tickets for this game are quite pricey, but football fans, price does not matter, especially if you will see Beckham unleash those strikes in the field.

Just like in the previous games of the Azkals ar Rizal Memorial, tickets may be bought at the site.  Most probably TicketNet or Ticketworld would be also selling.

I must say that I am not quite comfortable with the price…that is like one 13th month-pay already of some Pinoy worker, eheheh!....maybe I will just settle with watching the game on TV, hahaha!

Philippine Azkals vs LA Galaxy Live Stream Online

Philippine Azkals vs LA Galaxy:  Football is really getting the momentum it needs as the sport is becoming popular, though still very far behind the likes of basketball and boxing.

On December 3, our very own National Football Team or now more popularly known as the Philippine Azkals will face the Los Angeles Galaxy in a friendly match.  The game will happen at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

The LA Galaxy is no push over of course, as it is one of the most popular football teams in the United States.  The reason of course is having the English football superstar David Beckham on its line up.

Aside of course from Beckham who said that he is very excited to be in the country and play against our boys, are two superstars who are also playing – Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane.  The presence of this two players come the December 3 match against the Azkals was personally assured by Galaxy president Tom Payne.

For the Philippines, expected to play are the Younghusbands, the striker Chieffy Caligdong, Simon Greathwich,  Ray Jonsson, Rob Gier, though the final line-up will be released by Coach Michael Weiss soon; maybe after he gets back from the 2011 SEA Games in Indonesia.

The tickets for this match are a bit pricey (ticket infos here), so for all those who cannot watch this game live at the Rizal Memorial Stadium, we could content ourselves with watching the game live on Studio 23.

Philippine Azkals vs LA Galaxy Game:  Though the game for the Philippine Azkals are all done for this year, this new match is an exciting development for Philippine football.

The Los Angeles Galaxy will be coming over the Philippines to play against our hometown boys, the Philippine Azkals in an exhibition match.

 David Beckham is coming to town.

The Azkals vs Galaxy game will happen on December 3, 2011, at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

We expect the usual line up for the Azkals to play in the field while Filipino football fans are excited to see football superstars David Beckham and Landon Donovan playing live.

The game is part of Galaxy’s thrust of bringing football to different nations and promoting their team.

This game will be aired live on Studio 23, though live streaming may also available.  But for die hard fans, you can watch this game live at Rizal Memorial if you can afford to spend at least P10,000.  (Ticket infos here)

Azkals vs Nepal Live Stream Online (Oct. 11, 2011 Game)

Azkals vs Nepal: Our very own National Football Team will fight the Nepalese team on October 11, 2011 at the Rizal Memorial Stadium. 

The match was made as a FIFA-sanctioned international friendly game between the Philippine Azkals and Nepal. 

Nepal Football Team Ready to Win: 

The Nepalese Football team is resolved to do their best against the hometown team and against the roaring hometown crowd.

According to reports, this football team is mostly composed of players around their 20’s. Their performance for the last couple of years has also improved tremendously. So this team is no push-over for the Philippines.

Philippine Azkals Will Do their Best: 

Members of the Philippine Azkals vowed to protect their home from Nepal. Chieffy Caligdong, assistant team captain and striker of the team said that they will do their best and give their all to protect Rizal.

“We’ve worked so hard to finally get this chance (of playing at home), so we’ll do our best to protect Rizal,” said Caligdong. 

To augment the team’s defense against Nepal, Rob Gier has arrived and is ready to play tomorrow. Other members of the team that are expected to play and make a home debut are Jerry Lucena and Dennis Cagara.

Team manager Dan Palami said that they don’t want to be the push-over team on tomorrow’s game.

“We can’t just allow Nepal to come over here and dominate us. We are not the favored team, so we’re hopeful that we would get all the support at Rizal.” 

Unfortunately, Angel Guirado and Ian Araneta will not be able to play due to injuries.

Expected to hype up the hometown crowds are the “Kaholeros” and all the fans that will fill the stadium.

The match tomorrow between the Philippine Azkals and Nepal will be the first international friendly match hosted by the country in 14 years.

The game will start at 7 pm and will be aired on Studio 23.

Philippines Azkals vs Sri Lanka 1st Leg

The Philippine National Football Team or more popularly known as the Azkals is already gearing up for its scheduled match against Sri Lanka on June 29.

The Azkals vs Sri Lanka match is part of the next stage for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers which the Azkals successful got in after their tough match against Mongolia. The face-off between the two teams is to be held at Sri Lanka first and second in the Philippines through the home-away format.

For the Philippines vs Sri Lanka 1st Leg, the venue of the game is at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Perera Road, Colombo. The game will officially start at 18:30 or around 4:00 pm Philippine time.




It is expected that more than 20,000 Sri Lankans will flock the stadium to cheer for their hometown boys.

Both teams promised to give their best during the game.

In the FIFA standings, Sri Lanka ranks 173 while the Philippines ranks 151st.

The Philippine Azkals are presently doing their intensive training in Germany with the guidance of their German coach Michael Weiss. They are set to face German football teams as part of their preparations.

The 2nd Leg of the match is to be held in the Philippines on July 3.

Philippines vs Mongolia Leg 2 Match - A Must Win for the Azkals

The Philippine National Team is all set for their match tomorrow against the Mongolian National Football team.

The Azkals arrived in Ulan Bator, Mongolia and tried to make themselves more familiar and comfortable with the freezing temperature.

During their first match against Mongolia, the Azkals won the game 2-0. It was held at the Panaad Stadium in Bacolod City and was watch by more than 10,000 fans live at the venue and millions of Filipinos from their homes. Chieffy Caligdong delivered the first goal for the Azkals while Phil Younghusband sealed the victory with another goal during the last minute of the game.





Philippines vs Mongolia Leg 2

Temperature at Ulan Bator was recorded at minus 15 degrees Celsius. But despite this condition, the Azkals promised to play tough against the Blue Wolves and win the game.

Dan Palami, Azkals team manager said;

“More than the Mongolians, we’re more concerned of the cold condition. This is just another adversity we need to overcome. But I know the boys will give their all to win despite the cold condition.”

Hans Michael Weiss, team coach shared his sentiments too;

“Only the game tomorrow (Tuesday) will tell us how ready the boys are... But the boys have a good character and the preparations are good.”

The challenge to win the match is couple with the goal to score at least three goals in order for the Azkals to advance in the group stage of the AFC Challenge Cup which is scheduled on March 21-30. It will be held in Myanmar.

During the Philippines vs Mongolia match, De Jong will not see action as he opted not to join the game. Christopher Greatwich and goalkeeper Neil Etheridge will also be missed on the match.

Azkals vs Mongolia Leg 2 Game Replay on Studio 23

The Philippine National Football team or “Philippine Azkals” had already arrived in Ulan Bator, Mongolia days before their most-awaited match against the Mongolians.

The Azkals vs Blue Wolves match is the second leg of their group stage match for the AFC Qualifying Tournament.

During their first meeting in February, the Azkals won 2-0 against the Mongolians. The game was held at the Panaad Stadium in Bacolod City and more than 10,000 fans witnessed the match live at the venue.

The Azkals expect a tough match against the Mongolians on their second meeting as freezing temperature at Ulan Bator is certainly expected to play a crucial role at the performance of some of the Azkal players. But they promised that they will do everything to win the game in order to advance from their stage match and maybe face Malaysia next.
