Sarah Palin Asks U.S. To Support North Korean Allies (Listen to Audio)

Controversial Republican Vice-presidential hopeful and former Alaska governor Sarah Palin was caught during a radio interview saying that the United States need to support its North Korean allies.

During a radio interview with Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin said that with the recent clash between the North and South Korea, the United States should take side with the North Koreans as it is bound by its treaty. The verbal slip was recorded on radio and at one point was corrected by Glenn Beck.

This is what Palin said,

"But obviously, we've got to stand with our North Korean allies. We're bound to by treaty. (Palin said was corrected by Glenn Bech) “Yeah. And we're also bound by prudence to stand with our South Korean allies, yes."

Whether her statement is all because of a “verbal stumble” she has already made a record of herself to really follow the footsteps of George W. Bush. Nuts.

Philippine Senate Wants to Have Live Stream of Sessions

The Senate of the Philippines has already started making its online live streaming of its sessions in the internet in order to promote more transparency in the government.

Senator Pangilinan was the one who pushed for the live stream of the sessions of the Philippine Senate said,

"Opening public proceedings to new media of late has become a vital source of interaction not only in the country but in other countries' governments as well. Our aim is to provide the public... accurate information, transparency and accountability.... this is also aligned with the goals of the Aquino administration in having the public participate in governance."

The government is bent on using the internet and social media on its campaign for transparency in public governance. This thrust is also part of the President Aquino’s agenda to curb out corruption and help the people understand how the government works and let them know how they can actively participate.

Senators said that the Philippine Senate live stream could easily be accessed by the public anywhere as long as they are connected on an internet line. Just go to the official website of the Philippine Senate at www.senate.gov.ph.

Hope that this project could make our government more transparent and connected to the people.

Pilipinas Kay Ganda Logo of DOT, Copied from Poland’s Logo (Photo)

The Department of Tourism (DOT) under the watch of Sec. Alberto Lim is under scrutiny and receiving criticisms over their new tourism campaign dubbed as “Pilipinas Kay Ganda.”

One of the major criticism for this tourism campaigns is the Pilipinas Kay Ganda logo that is purportedly copied from that of Poland’s tourism logo on its site called “Polska.”

One will notice the very obvious similarities over the fonts used, the style of how the design is made and at the same time the whole theme of the logo.

For me, there is an obvious copying of the travel site of Poland which only shows that the DOT under Sec. Lim is going nowhere and that Lim is one incompetent travel czar who got his position out of patronage politics.

President Aquino already instructed Lim to make a new travel campaign especially a new and unique logo.

6/55 Grand Lotto Results, PCSO Winning Numbers

PCSO LOTTO RESULTS: The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office or PCSO published after its televised draw the 6/55 Grand Lotto Result of 22-25-17-50-19-37 for November 22, 2010 draw.

Jackpot for that draw amounted to P584.8 million.

The PCSO also announced that after knowing the 6/55 Grand Lotto Winning Numbers - no one won the jackpot prize. The jackpot prize is expected to reach P620 million pesos for its next draw on Wednesday November 24, 2010.

Next draw will be the 84th draw for the Grand Lotto and will reach new records for the biggest lotto jackpot in Philippine Lotto history.

Inspire, Al-Qaeda Online Magazine in English

Inspire, Al-Qaeda Magazine Here: The most recent planned attack using cargo bombs that was foiled by US authorities and its allies was said to be part of the Al-Qaeda micro actions aimed at creating global security and economic chaos.

In its online magazine in English version, Inspire, Al-Qaeda operatives boasted that the parcel bombs cost only a total of $4,200. The aim of the bomb is to disrupt global air cargo systems and create security chaos in the United States and all its allies.

The parcel bombs were shipped from Yemen using FedEx and United Parcel Service.



A very detailed plan of the attack was published at Inspire, the Al-Qaeda online magazine. In that article, everything was explained from the technology used, expenses, materials and the goal of the plot.

Al-Qaeda operatives shared on Inspire magazine:

"Two Nokia mobiles, $150 each, two HP printers, $300 each, plus shipping, transportation and other miscellaneous expenses add up to a total bill of $4,200. That is all what Operation Hemorrhage cost us.”

Masterminds called the whole plot as Operation Hemorrhage. And what happened, with all the response that the United States had done and all its allies, the operatives said in Inspire Magazine that it Operation Hemorrhage was a great success.

The Cigar Guy Photos, Pictures and Funny Images

This guy is funny.

I was browsing over the web and saw this guy on photos thinking that he was really into the photos. But as I took a look, this guy with a turban and a cigar seems like he was just pasted on.

I am not pretty sure if many of the Cigar Guy photos are true but I would rather believe most of them are photoshoped.

One of the photos I came across with is the Tiger Wood Photo during the Ryder Cup with the Cigar Guy on the side make a funny face.



Another photo of the Cigar Guy is being an enthusiastic spectator while Michael Jordan is taking a winning shot.



But the funniest photo for me and my favorite is the Cigar Guy standing beside the notorious former Philippine President Gloria Arroyo as her husband.

UFC 123 Results: BJ Penn vs Matt Hughes, Rampage vs Machida

UFC 123 Results: Quinton “Rampage” Jackson faced Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida for the Ultimate Fighting Championship 123. The two top fighters faced each other on the octagon at the The Palace of Auburn Hills, Auburn Hills, Michigan.

The main event of the UFC 123 between Rampage Jackson and Lyoto Machida came down the wire as the fight was decided via a split decision in favor of Jackson.

Machida said of his performance,

"I did the best that I could tonight, but if the judges thought that Quinton won, then that's what they saw. That's up to the UFC, but I'd like an immediate rematch also."

On the other hand, Rampage Jackson was disappointed over his performance calling a rematch after the UFC 123 Results was announced,

"I think [me being the aggressor is] the only thing that earned me a decision. I think that's what the judges saw -- me being aggressive. The fight was so close that it's unfair for Machida. Even though I don't want to, I have to give him a rematch."

The supporting main event of the evening was between two Hall of Famers Matt Hughes and BJ Penn. BJ Penn won against Matt Hughes in what could be considered a classic fight via knockout in round number 1. The former welterweight champion was caught by Penn’s brutal right hand punch and a few more series of heavy blows prompting the referee to stop the fight in just the 21st second of the first round.

BJ Penn said to Matt Hughes after demolishing the Hall of Famer,

"Matt, you're my idol. You will always be my idol. Thank you."

For other bouts, Harris was defeated by Falcao via unanimous decision while Davis won against Boetsch via kimura.

Pinoy Flip Top Rap is rap battle between two rappers. Usually the raps are into Filipino or could also be bilingual. Each rapper is given 1 minute to do his piece until the whole thing ends and the winner is decided.

The two rappers usually jabs at many different issues and things about one another. They are judge with their choice of words, rhyming, uniqueness of rap and appeal.

Shifting to a Free SEO-Friendly Blogspot Template - Blogger Theme

I was blogging a night ago when Jhong Medina, a fellow blogger sent a chat message to me about his newly discovered SEO tools. He shared some of them to me especially on checking my posts if they are soundly-SEO-ed (if there is such a term).

Then he turned on one of my articles and told me that my post was quite convoluted. The date of the article appeared to be the H2 while the title of the article appeared as the H3.

After quite a discussion, we assumed that the culprit was my blogger theme.

The solution? Well, since I am total idiot when it comes to tweaking my blogger HTML codes, I just had to find a new blogspot template that is SEO-friendly so to speak.

Searching on google is the fastest way. And the theme I have chosen is this present black and white SEO-friendly theme by Blueken, a Filipino blogger and SEO enthusiasts.

I tried the theme and so far I am quite satisfied. If you are to ask me how I knew that my free blogger theme right now is SEO-friendly, I cannot offer you any technical explanations. But for a simple blogger like me these reasons I guess made me feel satisfied.

For one, the problem with proper tagging is already ok. Second, this blogspot theme loads faster than the previous one. Third, this theme is Google Adsense ready. And last, I saw a spike on my Adsense CTR rate compared to the previous theme that I was using.

Sometimes, a good looking theme full of wonderful designs is not enough especially if you are cashing on search engine traffic to your blog. An SEO-friendly blogspot theme is still a good first option to start with.

Pacquiao’s speed and power has beaten up so hard Margarito’s face that it swelled up and sustained as nasty cut.

Marquez Still Eyes a Fight with Manny Pacquiao After Margarito

Juan Manuel Marquez proved that he still got it inside the ring as he won against the younger Juan Diaz during their second face off at the Mandalay Bay Events Center last Saturday in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Though Marquez has never KO’d Diaz, it was obvious on his win via unanimous decision that it was as if he sent Diaz back to school; the fight was like a boxing clinic.

Marquez retained his boxing titles of WBO and WBA lightweight king.

With the convincing win and superb performance, people are clamoring for a Pacquiao-Marquez fight for the third time. The first time they fought, the result was a controversial draw though Pacquiao floored Marquez thrice during the first round; on the second fight, Pacquiao won via split decision.

But Pacquiao is already set to fight Antonio Margarito on November 14, 2010 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. The venue of the Pacquiao-Margarito Fight is still being negotiated.

But Marquez has not feared another shot at the pound-for-pound king saying,

“I’m not hiding and I’m not running. I’m here and I’m waiting for him. Everybody saw what happened. That’s the fight that boxing wants. That’s the fight that boxing needs.”

But for now, fans have to settle with the Pacquiao vs Margarito fight and from there, we will know what happens next.

Pacquiao vs Margarito Result

Pacquiao vs Margarito Fight Results UPDATE.

Manny Pacquiao won via unanimous decision against Antonio Margarito to win the vacant WBC Superwelterweight crown. It is also his eight world crown on his eight world division; an unprecedented feat in boxing.

The three judges scored the bout at 20-108, 119-109 and 118-110.

After the fight, Margarito was rushed to the hospital to be checked doctors for swelling in the his face and a sustaining a nasty cut.




Boxing fans and sports fanatics are only counting a few days before one of the biggest sporting events this year is to happen.

The Pacquiao vs Margarito Fight has already been set and people are already excited to watch this fight if Pacquiao will conquer new heights for his boxing career or Margarito will clear his name with a victory and stop the winning streak of the pound-for-pound king.

In this boxing match, Manny Pacquiao aims to get his eight championship belt on his eight division title for vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) junior middleweight championship.

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao’s trainer predicts that the fight will end in a knockout after the night round while Antonio Margarito for his part said that he pressure the Filipino boxing sensation and let the fight go the distance in order to wear down Pacquiao and diminish his speed.

For Pacquiao, he will still use his speed and tactical prowess on slowly chopping down the height and reach advantage of Margarito.
