A lawsuit has been filed for discrimination against an employee of Burger King for spitting on the food of a black man.
Glenn Goodwin of Cleveland contends that the Burger King employee spat on his food in 2008 in Fairview, while a fellow co-worker did not do anything to prevent such discriminatory action.
The police said that if found saliva in Goodwin’s food, and the respondents on the said lawsuits are both white men.
Bruger King main headquarters had not yet given their statement on the said lawsuit
