2012 PNPA-CAT/Entrance Exam Results:
Thousands of young hopefuls troop the different venues designated by the
Philippine National Police Academy, or PNPA, for the annual PNPA Admission
Test.
According to their official statement posted in their
website, the PNPA for this year has recorded about 23,000 qualified applicants
who took the admission exams last October 28, 2012.
The 2012 PNPA CAT was administered on 29 test centers
around the country.
The exam was the first part of the admission to the
prestigious police training course.
Those who will pass the examinations, which are not that easy according
to those who took the exams in the past, will afterwards also have to undergo
and pass the medical and dental examinations.
They will also have to pass the neuro-psychiatric tests.
About 500 applicants are then going to be admitted for the PNPA cadetship program of the Philippine National Police Academy in Silang, Cavite. They will enjoy full scholarship and will earn after the course the degree of Bachelor of Science in Public Safety.
The PNPA also added that the examination is going to be
administered under the strictest monitoring and security in order to prevent
leakage and the tainting of the credibility of the exams.
