Netherlands defeated football team favorite Brazil and sent another Latin American team home. The end result of their World Cup 2010 quarterfinals match ended with the 2-1.
While Uruguay defeated Ghana, the last African team and the former the last standing Latin American team in the World cup 2010. The match ended with 4-2 after a penalty shoot-out. However, Uruguay will have a headache to bear as one of their players may get a one game suspension after getting caught with a hand ball violation.
