Filipino singer and composer Rico Blanco who has gone solo is receiving great raves for his song “Neon Lights” from his Album Universe as it debuted on the No. 1 spot Hong Kong radio charts becoming the first Filipino to achieve such a feat.
Rico Blanco’s “Neon Lights” bested songs from international artists such as Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and Beyonce.
