Iceland Volcano Eruption Satellite Image Photos/Pictures, Iceland Volcanic Eruption Videos

The Iceland volcanic eruption has resulted to the cancellation thousands of flights headed for many countries in Europe as volcanic ash from Iceland volcano blanketed the air space.

The ash movement from the Iceland volcano eruption has moved towards Europe and most likely take many more days before flights could resume its regular schedules.

NASA on the other hand has captured the Iceland volcano satellite image through its space satellites showing the extent of the movement of the volcanic ash.

Some scientists opined that the Iceland volcanic eruption satellite images show that the ash blanketing the atmosphere may somewhat slow down global warming though at a very minimal level.

The cooling of the Earth’s atmosphere due to volcanic ash covering the atmosphere was last recorded in 1991 after Mt. Pinatubo erupted in the Philippines.
