Gang Starr’s Guru, the legendary rapper died at the age of 43. The cause of death of Guru is said to be cancer after a long battle with it and so many treatments he had gone through.Guru has been credited to be one of the pioneers of hip hop-jazz genre in music together with his partner on the group he formed Gang Starr.
Guru actually stands for Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal or also God is Universal; he is the Ruler Universal.
