November 2009 Nursing Board Exam Results, Top Ten, Oathtaking Requirements



The November 2009 Nursing Board Exam Results is already out this 2010, with 37,527 out of the 94,462 nursing students who took the licensure exams getting the passing mark.

The Board of Nursing gave and facilitated the examinations on key cities all throughout the country.


Top Ten List Examinees and Passers

One of the most awaited part of those who took the nursing board exam last November 2009 is not only getting the passing mark, but also all those who did very well and ended up on the elite ranks of the top ten. This is only a prestige for those who are included on the top ten list, but at the same time, a greater prestige to all competing colleges and universities.

Oath-taking Ceremony, Requirements, Tickets, Date and Venue

The oathtaking ceremony of those who successfully passed the board exam is to be held before the Nursing Board on March 8 and 9, 2010 with two schedules at 8AM and 1Pm respectively with the venue at the SMX Convention Center at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

Board passers are required to be on their white gala uniform, with their nurse’s cap, white duty shoes, without corsage, earings and hair not touching the collar.

They are also to register and bring the following documents and requirements according to Inquirer.Net:

“duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2010-2013.”


Oathtaking tickets are available at the NCR office of the Philippine Nurses Association “first come first serve” basis at 1663 F.T. Benitez Street, Malate, Manila.
